  • Not a single complaint. I got there late, and they still worked on me as fast as they could. Everyone was very welcoming! They offered to take my jacket, sat me down, got me a drink and Karen consulted with me about my hair even though she had another client to work on. They got someone to brush out my hair (with skip-day hair, and having just got out the shower, my hair is a tangly mess. Karen saw this during the consultation haha) and did a fabulous job brushing through it making sure she wasn't hurting me. (Because my hair was super long, they did a quick cut befote wash) I was later helped by someone else to wash my hair and my god was it the best wash/ massage I've ever received! Finally I got to cutting my hair, loved everything Karen did. Well worth the experience, and I will definitely be back there! I'm actually going there to dye my hair :)
