  • I stopped in looking for a new place to get my nails done closer to home. I need a thumb nail repaired and thought I'd give them a chance. I'm not overly picky the one thing that I can't deal with is when one nail tech is in the middle of working on three different customers (at the same time in different spots in the salon) and still trying to squeeze someone else in. Talk about horrible customer service. There was one girl sitting next to me who had tips on one hand, another customer in the back of the salon who's nails were done but had not been painted yet, and someone in the pedicure area while she still was trying to squeeze me in with my thumb. I could've waited for another tech but she said no it was fine.
