  • I too, had the same experience. It is going on two weeks and no call from the repair person. He repaired this couch several years ago and we were very happy. If I don't get a call this week, I will seek a service elsewhere. Apparently, he is not interested in my repair. The partnership with Creative Leather is not good for his business.
