  • While Dr. Benson always remembers me, and my lab Bogey, I don't really have much positive to say besides that. I always have to wait foreverrrrrrr to see her/any other doc. It used to be a walk-in clinic, in which case the wait time was understandable...but now that you have to make any appointment, and then wait an eternity to get seen is unacceptable. The office is also hot as hell, and smells like a dirty dog, which leads me to believe that they do not clean up after each person properly. Ive also never left here without spending hundreds of $$$. Its the only vet in Southern Highlands, so I guess they get to change a premium for crappy service.
