  • This company is full of lying dishonest trash. Dishonest! They Sneak extra clauses into the lease to try and make the tenant responsible for things that are not customary. Tenant is responsible for all repairs to the property. Tons of extra BS charges and clauses to totally protect to the landlord and screw the tenant. They do not serve both parties in a honest and fair manner, they fail to disclose all known facts. They are dishonest and set the landlords up for possible litigation with their dishonesty .
