  • I do not recommend anyone wanting to try out eyelash extensions to go to here. Never once have I ever been treated by staff so rudely before. On Tuesday of this week I spent $100 on a full set of eyelashes the very next day I had almost a whole corner of the extensions fall out with my natural lashes still there, you can clearly see where the extensions are on my lashes, and you can see the glue coming off. I also had multiple people pointing out the same problems I was seeing the next day. When I called the salon and told them about it and how I was not happy with the results and hoped to come in and get it fixed I was told to set up an appointment to "see if I qualify for a correction". I couldn't make it in until this Friday as I am in the beauty industry myself so schedules change everyday. When I got there I was told I had to pay $50 to fix my eyelashes I just paid $80 for plus a $20 tip three days prior to this appointment after I thought I should ask before starting the correction thinking it would be done for free as any other business in the beauty industry does for unhappy clients. I then left and had someone else call today thinking maybe I wasn't being understood since they told me it was a "touch up". We were argued with on the phone by a member of their staff who raised their voice as well as tell me how I felt about my own lashes and told me my eyelashes where perfect only needed minor fixes and that I had to pay for a touch up. When it should just be done for free because I'm a paying customer and called the very next day with my complaints and not a week and a half later. My lashes look like I got them done two weeks ago not four days ago. I'm so unsatisfied with experience that I don't want someone else to go through the same thing! Customer service is not a thing at this business. Very upsetting.
