  • Had a fantastic experience with Nextech. I came in with a water damaged phone two days ago, distraught and ready to give up on life. Sam took a close look at the phone and instructed me that it's actually not in my best interest to have him crack open the phone because it breaks my warranty. He pulled out his phone, called the Apple Store for me, and made an appointment for me at the Genius Bar. Who does that!? Clearly he cared more about my well being than making a buck. I was very impressed and definitely trust his expertise in case anything ever goes wrong again. Also, if he asked me out on a date...........I wouldn't say no. Just saying.
