  • I was skeptical due to all the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try. Every employee I encountered was courteous and smiling. After choosing the wash package, I was given a choice of which fragrance I wanted. He listed five or six and I stood there like a moron with my mouth hanging open. He laughed and commented on the difficulty of the choice. I was very impressed with the attention taken to wipe all the surfaces on the car that 'hide' water: the trim around the trunk, area covered by the doors when closed, within the wheels. The whole process took maybe 12 minutes, start to finish. The reason I did not give a 5-star rating is I prefer touchless washes as opposed to those using the spinning brushes. Other than that one thing, a great experience!
