The customer service line was so long (nearly towards the front entrance of the store) and it was not moving AT ALL!! Only one customer service rep available who was working like a dog. Some cashiers had no customers in their lines and the front end manager (A.) was chatting away with a friend both of whom could easily have helped out!! If I was the store director and saw their people weren't doing anything and could easily help out their fellow worker I would. Time to get new workers in this store that actually care about their customers. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE-THEY DON'T CARE.
