rev:text	Not the best. When we first moved it it was okay, I found cockroaches about once a week when we first moved in, it, it got better, but at the end I started finding them again. Although when we contacted someone to repair something they came the same day to fix the sink. The employees are so nice and helpful, shania is the one who helped us the most and she is so wonderful. The best part is the pool, but the water is sometimes warm in the summer so that's a bummer on a hot day. my main problem Is, have complained about certain smells (weed) that have been seeping through my apartment, and they did a 72 hr search, obviously nothing was found. I complained in person to the front desk another day... they gave me a number to call when I smelled it and said there was nothing else they could do. I have been living in a place that smells horrible. Finally they sent out a letter to each person to be a warning. If you want your house to smell and have dead or live roaches on your floors this is the place for you.
