| - This review is for Kia service center, specifically the online scheduling. I used the dealership's website to schedule an oil change the day before I was to take my car on a road trip. I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I drove across town to the Kia service center on my lunch break, and then I was told that I did not have an appointment. The service manager, Keith Anderson, asked me who made my appointment, and, when I told him I scheduled it online, he told me that they don't schedule appointments for noon. He offered me an appointment 45 minutes later, but I had to go back to work. When I returned to my office, I double-checked my confirmation email, and, while I'm sure it was an automated email, it was from Mr. Anderson. I forwarded him my confirmation email, and he replied with an apology for the error that their online scheduling system had caused. He then offered to schedule another appointment for an oil change at full price.
I know that the Kia service center just opened, but they need to fix their online scheduling. I ended up wasting my time, and not getting my car serviced before my trip.
There are plenty of other places where I can get an oil change.
I was happy to buy my car there, and my salesman (Nate) was great. I'm disappointed that the service center is off to such a rough start.
