I'm glad I'm not the only one, though I feel bad for everyone else too.
These guys ruined several shirts of mine. They were unable or unwilling to communicate the most basic information about their services--how the "wash and fold" service works at their location. They respond to questions in one word, which is only on subject if you're lucky. But when you come in to complain, suddenly the words spew forth--and it's all your fault.
There is a language barrier here, but that's clearly not the real problem. The problem is they are careless. To me, that's fatal for a laundry service.
Also, the coin laundry machines are very expensive for the area.
That's the bad. The good? This is the first time they've ruined my clothes in a couple months of infrequent patronage. It will be the last.
