  • They've ruined a few of my clothes but in their defense made it right with me. What gives them a 3 star is their staff have little customer service training and their prices are SUPER HIGH! As much as I have appreciated working with Billy, you don't work with him on a daily basis and the staff is just not up to snuff. And those prices!! Outrageous.
