| - Bacchanal is still one of my favorite Vegas buffets. It is luxurious, expansive, and gluttonous. This past trip with Fanny H., we made it a thing to spend a couple of hours here eating and relaxing after two nights of hard partying in Sin City.
This most recent time- there were a couple of misses, but overall still a fantastic buffet option.
The weekend seafood brunch was $54 with tax. We unintentionally entered around 14:00 so we ended up enjoying the fancier dinner items that came out around 16:00.
Best piece of advice: get down to Caesars early and reserve a spot to wait in line. It can be very busy during peak times, and waits can last as much as 90 minutes. You have to wait to get in line, then wait to pay and be seated. If you have a party of six or more, you'll have to wait in a separate line. They also snap a photo before you enter, so tell your hungover friends (i.e. me) to smile and not look too much like a hot mess.
Highlights: Prime Rib and Lamb continue to be amazing. Sashimi salad was amazing, and the endless amounts of crab legs.
Meh: Not feeling the laksa, though I appreciate the effort in even making this available.
Unfortunately, service wasn't the greatest this time around. We had to hunt for our first server and we had plated and plates piled on our table that made it difficult to eat. We knew it was busy during brunch, but there were points where we would simply not see our server when we really needed assistance.
Bacchanal is still a legit buffet- definite Top 3 in my Vegas book. So be prepared to wait, but be hungry for a feast for all of your senses.
