My boyfriend bought me a beautiful ring from Gordon's around Christmas time of 2017. Not even 2 weeks later a small diamond fell out of the band. It wasn't too noticeable and I didn't have time to deal with replacing it. A month later I noticed 2 more diamonds had fallen out making it a lot more noticeable. I called up Gordon's customer service and they informed me that (since I currently live in LA) that I can take it to their sister store, Zales. I took my ring over and explained what happened and they asked me if I had purchased insurance on the ring. Now, during the whole process of looking at rings, finding one and purchasing one not a single person informed is that we could get insurance on it. I explained that to the employees at Zales and they told me it would be $130 to fix a ring we already paid a large amount of money for. I called Gordons customer service back to see if they could do anything since we were never told about the insurance they provided and they told me that to get it fixed I would have to pay $130 to fix the ring that is falling apart only after a few months. My advice, take your money somewhere else with better product and better customer service.
