I ordered the family Spaghetti and Meatballs and 2 16 in pizzas. The delivery driver was more than an hour late. I called twice and was told he was on his way. No apologies. I called GrubHub and filed a complaint. Was on the phone with GrubHub and the Mgr named Tony. For more than 40mins. GrubHub did their job and helped me. But Tony did not. He said he would give me store credit good for next order. I'm like the food was cold, nasty and the driver was more than an hour late. I said take credit off this order. He said no because he is not the owner. But your the mgr. Tony still said no. I'm like what kind of service is this. Never again.
