  • The owner of the shop is a great guy named Bob. He knows how to handle people and doesn't view them like cash walking in the door like other car shops do. He will go out of his way to make any customer happy and a customer for life. I appreciate the friendliness of all the staff. I don't feel like they are forced to recite a line, they genuinely care about people. Gary is outstanding with his customer service and gets to know you on a personal level which is very rare in most auto body shops who just really criticize you for the shape that the car is in. I would recommend this shop to anyone because I have never experienced such a service to where I feel as though they will bend over backwards to ensure the overall satisfaction of the customer. I would trust them to take care of my car more so than any other shop in Vegas.
