  • I used to love this place. I got take out nearly every week for about a year. But tonight I went in with friends and it may have been the last time. The lady with her bun on too tight who is always behind the counter has always been very short with me. I look the other way because it's decent food, convenient to my home, and open late. But this time Ms. Tight Bun took it too far. She was rude about answering my friends' questions about the menu while we were ordering. Snapped at us twice and never did answer our question about what was in the soup. There were 4 people at the table and they brought 3 meals out. We waited. Then my friend said what he was eating was not what he ordered. He took the plate up to the counter and I asked him to ask about mine too because my food hadn't come. She told my friend he was eating my food and she would get his. The food he had that he had already started eating wasn't what I ordered either. So I took it back up to the counter. She argued with me about what I ordered, slammed the plate down, and said "you'll just have to wait." It was an average night. She wasn't especially busy but it took 30 minutes to get our food we were snapped at while we ordered and then it was wrong and got to deal with her attitude. I really like this place normally but tonight two out of four people left hungry and angry. I'm afraid I won't be able to go back without checking to see how tight her bun is on that day. I feel like I should open the door and toss some Midol in at her to see if it's safe to enter. Wow! You can't treat customers much worse. Take a vacation lady. Come back a happy person please!
