  • Won a boat in an eBay auction. Description says absolutely nothing wrong and in great shape. No scratches, dents, tears and runs great! Well when I arrive to the dealer for pick up. I notice a few things that were not mentioned on eBay. So I tell them I will leave a check but I am taking the boat to a Marine shop to be checked out. They tell me that there is nothing wrong and has already been checked out. So I say ok that's fine but I am still having it checked out. Two days later I have a FULL page from the marine shop with issues on the boat. Top 3 issues 1. The Hull (bottom of the boat) had a hole patched and a very bad hole. Marine shop said the boat would have sank if tried to put in the water. 2. Motor compression was unstable meaning bad motor. 3. Floor was rotted out. So needless to say I have my money back but this place is a buyer beware for sure!!!
