  • First off I checked to see reviews seemed decent. It's completely overrated as this has been the worst experience ever. I called for an appointment and asked for bio gel nails they told me 55$. I then showed up and asked for a simple design, glitter gradient. So she was starting my nails seemed decent in the beginning. But when she started gluing on fake nails I was confused since as bio gel it is able to be the extension of the actual nail. So I assume not all places knows how to do it so I let it go. She started applying the gel on my nails which were all in thick layers. Now side note bio gel nails are supposed to be more natural and she actually didn't have to file my nails down before she actually applied the gel, reasons why they are supposed to be more expensive. So she filed my nails down only a tiny bit after the thick layers she applied, i asked her to file it down more because it was really thick. She did the design using a tiny bit of gel nail polish and glitters. After she was done with that she put on a really thick top coat. After it was all done I was still dissatisfied and disappointed with my nails. Then I went up to the counter to pay and then woman says 80 something dollars. She then gave me her business card. This is ridiculous not only did she lack the skill but she added on fees that didn't even make sense. She told me she used shellac on me which is an extra 10$ and the design was 5$. The problem was she didn't even use shellac and she didn't inform me how much extra it would cost for certain things. I understand the extra 5$ for the design but charging me extra for shellac when she didn't even use it is a scam. Even with the extra costs she said was 70$ where did the extra fees come from for it to be over 80$????? I'm really unhappy with my service and I will go there and ask for money back. I will agree to pay 60$ but not the extra 20$, I have been scammed and I will not let it slide that easily. I also understood why she handed me her business card; she wanted to make more money off of me, mainly overcharging me and lying.
