  • I was excited to see another shop in the NW, hoping for a decent shop with quality juice & more than just Ego's/beginner hardware. After trying 10 or 12 flavors, I had a headache & was no longer interested. I love to support LV shops, and I almost ALWAYS leave with at least a bottle of juice, but I was very dissatisfied in the quality. They had an OK variety, and a few of the names of them actually made my mouth water. But there was something about it I didn't like...tasted very generic to me. It most certainly wasn't the "premium juice" that they claim it is... The pricing on their juice is fair, however, prices on hardware is absolutely rediculous - most prices are DOUBLE what I would pay at their close competitors.  On top of the sky-high prices, the employee tried every excuse in the book & even argued with me as an embarrassing attempt to justify why I should pay TWICE as much at their shop, when I could just drive 5 minutes away for the EXACT same items at a much better price. Lol then he told me he would "price match...within $10" (that's not a price match, that's a discount) but only "IF I could verify that a different shop has lower prices". That's THEIR job, not mine. And as a business owner myself, it's kind of an un-written rule when working retail, that you know the prices of your competitors & either match, or come close within reason... Charging 75%+ is not "within reason". Having been a vaper for 3 years, I've made my way around the city, checking out & supporting as many shops as I can. I STILL cannot wrap my head around the prices (I only inquired about mechs & RDA's btw), & the excuses...the attitude!! Charging "authentic" prices for replicas, and even had the audacity to say "Yeah but did you know that the original is $180?" I dont give a rats ass what the authentic version costs, we're discussing a CLONE. I dunno...it's a real turn off to me that they are charging these prices & raping the vapers that simply don't know any better. I've never even written a yelp review, yet I was so disgusted that I had to say something. Oh and the lady working there wouldn't even get OUT OF HER ROLLING CHAIR while helping another customer. She literally rolled herself around the shop. How's that for business etiquette?! Sheesh. Save your time AND money and go somewhere else.
