  • Let me start off by saying Leslie was very sweet and made me feel comfortable, that is until it was time to pay. A friend and I both had a mani/pedi and a massage. The massage was just okay, nothing mind blowing or even special but it seemed as if she had minimal experience performing basic jobs involved including polishing for the mani/pedi! My friends nails honestly look like they were done by a 6 year old either with polish half there or completely all over the place, and there was no bother to clean anything up if there was a slip of the brush. The worst part was that she thought they looked great like there wasn't anything obviously wrong with the way they looked!! I have done a much better job for free in my own home than what this professional has done for an outrageous amount of money. I hope I don't get a fungus as the implements were kept in a drinking glass full of barbicide that seemed like it needed to be changed. My friend had come to a price for the package for the both of us via telephone before we arrived for our scheduled services however, Leslie charged her 100$ over what they agreed and proceeded to give herself a tip on my friends credit card without her consent. I feel as though we were "taken" so to speak... In retrospect the establishment is very shady and I surely will NOT be back.
