  • Dela - NOPE. *Cement bag pillows - check *Completely non functional closet - see my pic I posted *Crap service / nightmare check in - check *Up charge to a room, I booked over 4 months in advance, for their 'Delano' room makeover - $50 a day (don't get me started on what that 'makeover' entails) I had 5 rooms this weekend so that was a super special treat *5+ calls to management with only 1 return call on all above items I have been coming to THEHotel since it opened - 10 years. Did my wedding here, have spent $$$$$$.. Never once, NEVER did I have a hassle free check in. N E V E R. And after the nonsense of this last trip - I AM TYPING THIS YELP FROM THE FOUR SEASONS AND ITS AWESOME - "Well Mrs Jones if you don't want your guests on the 4th floor right above the ridiculously loud construction we have going on AND you don't want your room directly next to the nightclub MIX you can wait a bazillion hours to get your room and we will lie to you about check in time AT WHIM, as it suits us." Suck it Dela - NOPE.
