  • Karen is a lifesaver! She helped me fix an issue with my print spooler that had been ongoing for months. I spent multiple hours on the phone with HP and they could not figure it out. I should have called Technology Mechanics first. Whether your issue is small or large give them a call. Before our session ended she also made sure I had the proper protection on my computer. I felt so relieved. Don't try to fix it yourself...call the experts
