  • I like the office, I like the staff, prices are pretty good compared to other places and Dr. Bivens is great. I have two dogs and one has some health issues so I haven get here quite often over the last few months. My only complaint is the ridiculous wait time, every single time. Every time I have come in (with an appointment each time mind you) I am quickly put into a room and then forgotten about for at least an hour. One time in particular was TWO hours, no exaggeration. I constantly have to go up to the front desk and let them know I have not been seen by even a vet tech yet and ask how much longer it is going to be. I understand things get busy and backed up but don't take more appointments than you can handle and people with appointments should take priority over walk-ins.
