  • Im hoping i have the right store because they have two stores in same parking lot. Alex was our salesperson. Me selected a mattress and it was delivered two days later. They delivered the mattress and that night my husband and i slept on it and agreed not to tell each other what we felt until agter one night. The next day we both wome with back a hes and i asked my hisband if he noticed anything funny about our matress and he looked at me funny and said yes. I told him i felt like my head was lower than my feet. This was a 2,000.00 mattress. Onviously not base model. He was shocked that i felt the same way. Our daughter came in and we asked her to lay onbed. She got a funny look on face and asked what was going on and why it felt weird. We measured the thickness of mattress and the head was 13 inches thick while the feet was 15 inches thick. I could have turned matteess around but why keep a defective mattress. We called store and said we wanted mattress picked up, who h they did. Nnow we have been sent a bill for 350.00. We still have to pay them 79.00 delivery and79.00 pick up plus we owe 149 for the ability to have returned it. Quite a. Nice racket they have going on. I will never tecommend their store to anyone i know or speak to
