  • I trusted M&I for YEARS with watch repairs. I recently picked up a watch which was "repaired" only to find it was not working for $400.00. I took the watch somewhere else where I was informed that basically nothing but adjustments were EVER made to the watch. I was told several times by M&I that they were waiting for parts, etc. Sadly, this was not true. M&I took advantage of my love for an older and expensive watch while they only "giggled and tweaked" the inside for years while charging me several hundred each time. I regret have told anyone to take their watches there for repair.
