Feels like getting mugged for 35 bucks. There was an error entering the reservation where the reservation was set at the same time as when I entered it in, even though my flight arrived many days later. I provided them with the flight number any everything and didn't see the error because I thought it was a reference to when I put in the reservation.
I talked with a service rep that informed me that there was nothing he could do, and verified that this reservation would have never even been eligible for a refund (as they require 24 hour notice, and the reservation was less than an hour after I made it)
Wow, this is infuriating and frustrating. One last chance to talk to a manager, Jason Carr to resolve this.. hopefully I can take back my frustrations and the misunderstanding will be sorted out.
