Alright, here is the story
I went to check up my regular contact Lense prescription and I gave a very CLEAR message I only want a regular contact Lense prescription and the lady named Hannah asked me to circle the box for the upgrading service with an extra charge which i refused at the first place but I have no doubt for her as she is nice and thought would smart enough to get my message for what my purpose to visited their store.
They charged me extra and I was definitely not happy with that so spoke to this lady name Dany and she is a manager office and spoke very rude to me; at the end it was their fault so they removed the charge for me; which it supposed to be but she told me that she hopes I will not visit their location again next year; at the end I am still their patient; there could be NO WAY that they can speak to me like that.
So they authorize my insurance so I could not order my contact Lense in other different Professional provider and I had to call and special request them to remove the authorize; they missed giving my contact Lense prescription and I called to request to email prescription to me or fax to me but all I got is visit the store or go to the website to find...
I live almost 15 miles far from this location and visited this location for 3 years now and I referred to friends and family and today I had enough with how the ACTUAL service you guys are providing! It is poor and hustling and seem like there are no organization system in at least this big eyes med. Poor Poor and Poor!
