  • I'm so in love with this place. I should have written this review when I went in a couple weeks ago. I have never had such a great customer service experience at a nail salon. Usually it's "what color?" And that's it. If I ask a question I'm just pushed to do whatever without an explanation, and honestly I end up going with it bc I'm too shy (and not knowledgeable about nails) to say any different. So I had a bad nail job and the techs recommended me the cheapest, best way to fix them over time. I didn't ask how much anything costed, but literally 3 techs came and looked at my acrylic nails and discussed what was best for me. My 5 year old was there with me and when I was moved from the pedicure station to the nail station, the tech PICKED HER UP TO HELP HER ONTO THE CHAIR ! It was so sweet ! She is big enough to get up on her own, but the lady made sure to help her up. I was blown away. The techs who did my pedicure and manicure (I think Lauren did the manicure ?) were sooo nice and I enjoyed talking to them. My daughters tablet ran out of battery and the nail tech got another tech to bring me a charger for her to keep her occupied. Like what ?! They cared about the entire experience down to every detail. On top of all the incredible people (from the woman who signed me in, to the guy who brought me the charger), they did an amazing job on my nails. I usually don't like to drive more than like 6 min for a nail salon (cuz I'm lazy and they're everywhere), but I just moved over here and this place is 15 min away and I'll drive there every time. I'm so glad I was recommended to come here. I've since referred my best friend here as well. Thank you guys for being amazing ! Picture is almost 2 weeks after they were done.
