  • I would give them a zero, but I can't give that on here. My 12 year old daughter broke her finger over the weekend and while in the ER we were told and shown her break. The next business day I brought my daughter into this location we were told to come a half hour early to fill out paperwork, I get this I do understand. On top of this half hour we waited another hour before we were brought back into a room to wait another 35-40 minutes until the doctor shows up (Dr. A. Taylor) looks at the x-rays breifly on the computer screen, looks at her hand again briefly and confirms it is a break but he wants to act as if it is a "sprain". He then says he wants her to extend her fingers daily (mind you she has limited mobility with her BROKEN FINGER) I explain she can't, he says for her to work at it. Then has his male assistant comes in to throw away the little support we had on her finger and replace it with 2 pieces of tape and sent us on our way with a 1 month follow up. Now I would get it if I was told we will reevaluate her in a week, or lets wait for the swelling to go down or we will cast her finger later, something......anything.......but 2 peices of tape and sending us on our way. This doctor was in the room max 5 minutes and then his assistant comes in longer than the damn doctor. Dr. Taylor acted as if we were bothering him with her broken finger, he wouldn't really let me get a word in edge wise he was to eager to get out of the room. I ended up going back to the ER and getting another splint (even the ER doctor was puzzled by this, confirming Dr. Taylor did see my daughter's x-ray, and didn't understand why she didn't have a cast). I then got another referral to another doctor......needless to say she now has a cast and is doing a lot better. Don't go to this place or at least don't see Dr. A. Taylor he seems to busy to do his job. It's really frustrating when your child is in pain crying and there is nothing you can do about it and even trying to call their office about her pain is like pulling teeth. I still haven't got a call back and it has been 7 days. I hope he either gets things together for himself or he looks into retiring soon because he is just not right for this job currently.
