  • I usually don't like to actually go into the bank, except to do business deposits or drop of stuff for employees of the company I work for (but I find it's usually fast enough) for myself though? Everything is via my mobile app. This chase bank was easily the slowest I've ever experienced. There were two tellers when I showed up, both busy, so no issue I was fine to wait. When the female teller finished with her customer I expected to go next, I didn't.... Because she just left. The male teller was seemingly interested in a conversation about new hundred dollar bills with a customer in front of me.... For a while. I looked behind me, and I'm assuming a supervisor or a banker, asked if I had everything ready to go and be deposited, I'm used to filling out the deposit slip at the window (or not even needing one at other banks) so she was nice enough to let me know about that. I still waited and watched three bankers stand around their cubicle and heard giggles in the back while waiting to be helped in a completely patron-less place. I'll go to a different chase closer to my house next time.
