| - This is the most difficult company I have ever dealt with. In literally everything they do, it's basically to get every dollar out of you. Moving in, the property looked clean, but there were many things that were missed, like the refrigerator not working immediately. So, after that was finally fixed, they sent a letter out saying that they will only pay for repairs that were $100 or more. Low and behold, the bath tub in the master bathroom upstairs started leaking through the ceiling. The repair was $95. Upon moving out, we were charged every little thing, to include a lightbulb in the refrigerator that had worked when we moved out. Not even the worst part. The security deposit check that was refunded to us was both in my roommate and I's name. On the letter received with the check, it said if there were any questions or concerns, to put them in writing and send them to the office within 30 days. That concerns or questions will be looked into and a response will be sent back in writing. Which means. Nothing will get done within 30 days. Instead of calling them or emailing them with questions. They do not want to help, they just want your money. This is the worst company I have ever rented from. Save your self the trouble. The house isn't worth it, go with a different company that actually will try to help.
