The store is pretty cool - they have a great selection of cards and items that you can't find in a lot of other places. I've shopped numerous times there and always end up spending more than I expect to. That being said, the other day I went in and spent a significant amount of money buying a few things. One of those things was in a medium-sized box that wouldn't fit in their tiny bags. The girl behind the cash was shockingly rude and basically told me I could buy one of their resuable bags that would fit it or there was nothing they could do, which was surprising because I would have been happy to have purchase one if she had asked politely. I had a long trip ahead of me, so I shelled out the $1 for the bag, but it left me feeling irritated, both at the lack of appropriate bags for a market that sells moderately large items, and that they were rude about charging me for a $1 bag that frankly they probably should have thrown in given they didn't have a proper bag and I was spending so damn much.
Disappointing from a store that I've enjoyed for a long time.
