  • I just moved to the neighborhood and have gone to this frys a few times- today I went in for a quick stop and my 5 year old had to go to the restroom very badly- went to take her but the womens was closed. So we hurried and got the dog food we needed and went to get in line. The lines were very long and we almost got in a short one when I realized the light was off which means the register is closed. Went to proceed to a different register however the manager ( I believe it said Arthur on his name tag) who was working that closed register called me back and rang me up anyways. He noticed my daughter doing the potty dance and said it looks like someone has to go to the bathroom. I said yeah- but the bathroom is closed so we are hurrying. He directed me to their break room where their restrooms were located so that she could go before we left. This manager went completely out of his way on multiple occasions and in such a friendly way which is rare to see now days. AMAZING customer service.
