If you ever read my other reviews on sushi bars/ Japanese restaurants, you will see that I have been to many.
The service was bad, I ended up waiting for a good 20 minutes for my seaweed salad (which doesn't take that long to make). The seaweed salad ended up being soggy :(
I asked for water from my server because I love eating tons of wasabi with my sushi but she didn't bring it to me, and I had to flag down some other waitress 20 minutes later. The alcohol was costly for not being in a bar, but again this is probably just because of the location.
The food itself was not great. The quality of sushi I had at this place is decent, yet for that price I expected more. My guess is that this place is in Las Vegas on the Strip and in Caesar's Palace so they justify their increased cost because of it. The rice to stuffing ratio in the sushi was too high. The cuts were also uneven and I got the impression that because it was close to closing time the chef was too tired to pay attention to detail. The beef teriyaki was chewy and dry, but the sauce was very tasty so that makes up for it.
Cleopatra's Barge (nightclub) is located right next to this place, so don't come here looking for a quiet, classy atmosphere.
