rev:text	Absolutely the worst "service" imaginable. I was told we would not be charged for an "activation fee" (ridiculous fee anyway, as it is done by phone with no effort by them) because we purchased so much that day...2 IPhones, 2 home phones, 2 year contracts (4 in all..2 for cell phones, 2 for home phones,) insurance, accessories, etc. No argument there. Of course, "Activation Fee" appears on the bill. Paid the fee to keep service on, wait for charge to be credited. Months go by, keep waiting. Call the 800 #, and am told the store has to submit the "correct paperwork" so they could process it, which is correct. Try to phone the store 11 times. Always get routed back to the main 800 # after pushing about 10 buttons. Never reach a person. Forced to go to the store 3x. (Unbelievable...it is "not permitted" to make an appointment on Saturday or Sunday. Nice feature for those of us who actually work during the week.) Treated extremely rudely each time. Apparently was a "nuisance" because we had already purchased everything we could. No more money to be made from us, so why bother being helpful or at least polite. EVERY time I am told that they will submit the correct paperwork...no apology, no explanation, no anything. Great surprise .... "Correct Paperwork" is NEVER submitted. Months go by, keep waiting for credit. I finally posted on Verizon's Face Book Site. EVERYTHING changed .. I was contacted by Antony , who credited the charge immediately. The 800 # people were wonderful. Posting on Face Book was terrific. "Customer Service" at this store is despicable...I have reported it to Verizon many times, but no changes. If you have a choice, avoid this store at all costs. It is guaranteed to ruin your day. Next time, I am driving the 15 miles to Mesa!!! *** Too bad YELP readers can not see the hour and a half that I just spent with "John" on line, with him offering "pseudo help," jerking me around and wasting my time. I thought replies, etc. were visible on here Bottom line..avoid this store and any offer of "help" offered in response to your posting unless you have nothing to do at all and enjoy getting made a fool of by them.**********
