  • My macbook's battery was ready to explode so I took it to the Wireless Doctor to help unscrew a stripped head screw and replace my battery. I went to four other places before coming here. Apple told me they couldn't replace my battery for me and that I could do it myself, BestBuy didn't even want to look at my macbook, and the second place recommended me to come to the Wireless Doctor. They were able to remove the screw and replace my battery in less than 2 hrs for under $40. They said my battery was so bad that once they took out the stripped screw, the battery started to smoke! Thank God I didn't have to do it myself!
