  • I would recommend them to others. They answered immediately and showed up on time as promised. He completed the repair that was explained to him in a professional manner and demonstrated a keen knowledge of his craft. So I got what I paided for. But today I notice a complete section or station is inop. I know he is not responsible for that but would have been a much better customer service tool if he had insured the total system was operational after his repair prior to leaving. Now I have to get someone to come in a finish my system. .
