  • Scott and his team are simply awesome and go above and beyond expectations. Our water heater failed this week and the shutoff valve to the unit only partially closed. We called EZ Flow Plumbing and they were booked solid for a few days. Mike arrived at the house shortly after our call and bypassed the water heater so we could have water while we waited for their schedule to free up. Scott installed the new water heater yesterday with a new pan, shutoff valve, and flex pipes. Very impressed with the quality of the install and service. Great communication (text messages, emails, and phone calls). We promptly received an email with the final invoice and photos of the work completed by Scott. Scott is our new plumber for all future jobs and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
