Worst customer service ever. I called to pay a bill and cancel the service. I went through their automated identification and then paid them while speaking to a rep. I gave them a credit card number over the phone to do it. After that he transferred me to the rep who was going to get me disconnected. The new rep refused to do it while demanding that I haven't given enough identifying information. It took three times to ask for the manager. Then he demanded to know why. Cox feels comfortable to let me discuss my account and make changes, even give them money by telling a hourly worker my CC info, but to stop giving them money.... 3 more people and a trip to the cox store. Not a shot they apologized. After a decade of bad service I'm only ashamed I took this long to start giving my money to a new business that cares more about their customers and their concerns.
