  • The customer recruiting style is similar to that of a car sales business. Very high pressure and lots of attempts for unnecessary upsells. When the cost was actually reasonable, after about a month of calls and emails from the sales office, I agreed on a fair price. I had my pre op examination done on a Thursday so that my wait time on the very next Saturday would be minimal. That was wrong. I had my procedure done yesterday. I was told the wait time would be 2-4 hours... I waited 4.5. I checked in at 10 AM as agreed. I sat and waited. Not a single person came to interact with me until 2. At which time I had to have all the same pre op exams I just did on Thursday. While waiting I learned by reading their customer agreement that the actual doctors are contracted, they're not actual employees of LVI. They were great, friendly and accurate. My experience with the doctors and the surgeon was the best part of the entire experience. So LVI I'd rate a 2, you're spending so much money there and they know it. But they also know you're going to love the convenience their contracted doctors are able to provide you. So they lay it on extra thick. I don't appreciate that tactic. The sales lady, I think her name is Angela, never once acknowledged or sympathized with my reservations for wanting to hold on out for a month due to a 3 week vacation I was having. She was only concerned with me making a deposit to lock in the $4,000 price I was quoted. I'm glad I held out, because I actually only spent $2,000 as she was trying to boost the number of people coming into the office. The experience itself was almost like being on a production line, like an animal going through butchering to end up on a table. With the popularity of the procedure, this is expected but they could make it better by adding a human touch to their process. The doctors themselves I'd rate 5 stars all day. Precise, ethical, friendly and concerned with your actual reason for being there. All said and done, I'm delighted with the results and I couldn't be happier. But I have to be fair and objective to rate this business in this review.
