  • Just leased a new VW Golf from VWNS and was very happy with the sales process and the courtesy shown. I worked with Michael Thomas, internet manager, and I would highly recommend him as your sales person. He knew the cars inside and out, and made my sale very easy. No pressure, and no sales pitches. Once in finance I worked with Craig Ciebiera and as his job entails, he presented me with all the additional options. At the end I said nope don't want any of them and he just moved along in the process. Never once told me that I NEEDED any of them or pressured me with any sales talk. One of the more easier deals I have done in the past. I don't even live near the place, I live near San Tan VW but their ratings were so bad I avoided them at all costs. Worth the drive!!!!!!
