  • Used to be good but not anymore. I went home after a facial to realize I have a cut on my cheek after my derma planing. Next, the forehead was red with the " rough " extracts. Never happened to me before in my previous sessions. A 1.5 years of membership and they are still not able to know my profile ( no pot). I even stressed at reservation personally "no pot " and today I walked into a pot room. Tried to cancel my membership after 12months, only to realized they still charging it after I returned. I tried to use their services today with a friend , we both felt the newbies are pleasant but very amateur compared to the experienced ones who left. I love their products as it's mainly from ABI, but now it can be readily purchased online. After today's Facial, I decided to cancel my membership and hope this time they get it right at counter. I'll have to try utilize my accrued money on other services. Will need to source for a new Facial place.
