  • Although our relationship was extremely rocky during and shortly after installation, I have to admit that the internet now works as expected (we are a year in). We were very frustrated with installation and the first couple of months of the service due to spotty internet connection (it was more OFF than ON). Also, please note that once you hit a year of service, they WILL, without an email notification, increase your monthly bill from the "promotional" price you had been paying for 12 months. When I called to check for additional discounts, they basically said I was SOL. Fun (but actually annoying) installation story: They may tell you that the installation man is supposed to call you a half hour before they arrive, but no, ours called when he was on our street and when I missed the call, he sped past the house, without so much as coming into the driveway to honk or something. He was probably halfway home when we called the dispatcher and told her we tried waving him down and then she called him to come back.
