Their actual removal of snow is reasonably timely, but you have to ensure that the crew servicing your property are aware of the areas to be serviced and your expectations.
The issue is that they are very rushed and perhaps that's how the finish of my brand new garage door got scraped with their shovel. However worse is the immeasurable grief and tens of thousands of dollars of damage to my new house which I believe to be caused by the copious amounts of salt or de-icer that they used on my property. I got in several quotes for repairs and no one wanted to touch the job as they didn't want to be responsible for fixing something that could have latent damage from salt, which means building the damaged areas almost from scratch after inspecting the underlying concrete.
I asked them for their insurance certificate but after following up for several months they instead sent me a letter disclaiming responsibility and stating that they used actual salt in the first year and de-icer in the second year, which goes against the contracts which states the use of de-icer in one year and not any product in the following year.
