If you've never done a barre class, you should try it. It's really tricky to get all of the moves just right but after a few classes when you've got it, it will really kick your butt.
It isn't super intense with cardio but they have just added a new class called bar move that's a bit more cardio intense. They focus on flexibility and stretching too which is nice. You get a good workout and the instructors do correct you if you are not in proper form but they also compliment you on how far you've come and when you manage to do something right.
My only complaint would be that it is pretty expensive, but comparable to other workout classes in the area. They do have cheaper classes, for 12:15 at 1215 and 915 for 915 on Saturdays I think.
If you go you'll need some yoga socks!
