  • I got to the automotive center 30 minutes before they closed for a tire repair. I requested that my tire be repaired with the roadside assistance that I had purchased when I purchased the tires. They told me that they could not repair my tires today and to come back another time. I explained that I use my car for work and that I can't not work on a spare tire. I than asked for a manager, and had to wait on a manager to speak with for almost 15 minutes before the first on should up and another 10 minutes before, I said to manager the shop does not close until 7pm and it was 6:30 when I had got there. He than told me he really didn't care and wasn't going to have the tire fixed for and to come back another day. I again explained that I had been there for 30 minutes and the tire should have already been fixed if they would have just done their jobs. He replied with it really don't matter now because it's after 7pm. All of these lazy employees should be fired. I worked in the automotive industry for many years and know that to tire repair takes about 30 minutes at worst to complete. I would give zero stars if I could worst Walmart ever.
