  • WOW! What nice employees here! Every single person we happen to speak with was gracious and helpful. From the person that checked our tickets and bags, to the person helping us find out seats. My son especially loved the gentleman that showed him the Cavs Championship ring and let him try it on. The bathrooms were clean, the floor wasn't sticky anywhere. My only complaint is that the aisles are way too small when sitting in the 200 section. But that is to be expected when sitting up that high. I would definitely drive down from Metro Detroit again for an event here.
