Sadly I can't recommend Avengers Station! My 10 yr old son and I went and he was super excited. The attraction itself is fun, and he enjoyed himself, the problem was the staff! Customer service was nonexistent. Pics taken by staff were hurried and blurred, the couldn't answer questions and at the end of the attraction you scan your app code and take pictures. These were the only pics we got together as the rest taken by the staff were unusable. We wait 15 min to hand in our tickets to see our certificates and pics and... We were given the wrong ticket. The girl at the counter called to the photo area and asked if I minded waiting. After 15 mins another staff member said our devices were cleared and they couldn't recover our pictures.
Now I was upset, so I asked to speak with a supervisor or manager. The attendant went into the back, 10 mins later he returned telling me they are too busy and a supervisor wasn't available. Now I was angry, seeing how upset I wad the attendant offered me 30% off anything in the store. I told him I didn't want anything in the store and would like the name of the General Manager. He said I don't have anymore time to spend with you I need to help other customers!
In a nutshell they didn't care about disappointing a 10 yr old boy who only wanted the ID and Pics so he could show his friends, and management cared even less. The attraction itself is fun but I can't recommend any place that cares so little for its customers! The whole thing left my son disappointed and me with a bad taste in my mouth!
